Our Everything Breakfast makes for true delight, as you have the choose to try a little taste of it all. Choose from 3 or 5 small plate dishes on the menu. Each dish is plated by our chefs who prep fresh every single morning. Discover our Everything Breakfast, available each day from 9am — 3pm with a booking. Walk-ins are welcome but booking is recommended.

Each day, we offer a selection of fresh-made cakes, cookies, traybakes and more. Our bakers and pastry chefs are always testing new flavours so we haven’t listed them as who knows where their creativity will take them? Pop by each day from 9am-6pm to see what they’ve created…

We have made this decision to ensure fair access to our products. They are handmade fresh each day and in small numbers.

Some of our products are made in the bakery kitchen on site at Valaria, and the others are made at our larger kitchen space in Anniesland. This is to ensure we can make as many delicious products for you as possible!

Yes they sure are! Our team of pastry chefs start early (3am) each day to ensure all products are freshly baked for you to enjoy.

Our name is a blend of Nico’s two daughters’ names: Valentina and Ilaria!

We are owned by Nico Simeone, nestled under the Six Company family of restaurants including Six by Nico.

No, you can get all items to take away.

We are walk-ins only. If you’re planning on coming down we recommend checking our Instagram stories for updates on stock levels.

Yes, after listening to feedback, we will be offering table service from Tuesday 11th April.

Not at the moment, but this is something we are looking to introduce soon.

We have worked with PACT Coffee to create our own Valaria House Blend. Locality is something we pride ourselves on and this was the only product we couldn’t have locally. So it was important to work with a B-Corp certified supplier for this.

We worked with Burns Design, a local company who have been our partner now for over 5 years.
